🇮🇹 Fotografia in latino significa “scrivere con la luce”.

Non esisterebbe nulla senza la LUCE, tutto sarebbe oscuro e le forme non avrebbero corpo, contorni e colori ma sarebbero solo materia invisibile. È proprio grazie alla luce che tutto prende vita, forma e colore, e lo stesso soggetto può assumere un aspetto totalmente differente se illuminato e fotografato con approcci diversi.

La mia professione è quindi una continua ricerca della “buona luce”, un paradigma che accompagna ogni scatto e ne determina la buona riuscita, che si tratti di fotografia Still Life, di ritratto o di reportage. Per questo motivo amo definire il fotografo un “cacciatore di luce”.

Classe 1983, mi sono formato a Lecce prima come pittore e scultore presso l’Istituto d’Arte, successivamente ho proseguito gli studi in pittura presso l’Accademia di Belle Arti di Lecce.

Ho quindi proseguito la mia formazione dedicandomi alla fotografia e al videomaking, con l’obiettivo di poter offrire al cliente un prodotto moderno, dal codice stilistico contemporaneo e attento alle nuove tendenze.

Ho un approccio molto rigoroso alla tecnica fotografica ed un’estrema attenzione ai dettagli che oggi più che mai fanno la differenza.

Il mio lavoro nel tempo si è focalizzato in modo naturale verso la fotografia pubblicitaria, nel video di prodotto e aziendale.

Lavorando nel settore pubblicitario da circa dieci anni, mi sono specializzato nel Food & Beverage, offrendo servizi di alta qualità a prezzi competitivi, riuscendo ad annoverare nel mio portfolio prestigiosi clienti nazionali ed internazionali e potendo ritrarre all’opera prestigiosi chef stellati come Masa, Michael White, Gianfranco Vissani, Ciro Scamardella e molti altri.

Tra i clienti con i quali ho avuto l’onore di collaborare, posso annoverare importanti nomi come Urbani Tartufi Italia e USA, Goethe Institut, Melegatti, Cantine Due Palme, Farina Vini, Coop e molti altri.

Il mio studio è situato sull’Appennino pistoiese, in provincia di Pistoia, logisticamente un posto strategico dal quale raggiungere facilmente Firenze, Roma, Bologna e Milano, anche se svolgo il mio lavoro in giro per il mondo, con clienti in Italia, Germania, Stati Uniti e Messico.

Attualmente collaboro da freelance con alcune agenzie di marketing, social media e pubblicitarie e, nello stesso tempo, ho avviato delle joint venture con professionisti nel settore del 3D, motion graphic e grafica.

🇺🇸 Photography — from the Latin “writing with light”.

Nothing would exist without LIGHT. Everything would be dark, and forms would have no body, contours, or colors — only invisible matter. It is precisely thanks to light that everything comes to life, takes shape, and reveals its colors. The same subject can appear completely different when illuminated and photographed with varying approaches.

My profession is therefore a constant search for the “good light” — a paradigm that guides every shot and determines its success, whether it’s Still Life, portrait, or reportage photography. For this reason, I like to define the photographer as a “light hunter.”

Born in 1983, I first trained in Lecce as a painter and sculptor at the Art Institute, and later continued my studies in painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Lecce.

I then pursued further training in photography and videomaking, with the goal of offering clients a modern product — one with a contemporary visual language and an awareness of new trends.

I have a highly rigorous approach to photographic technique and an extreme attention to detail — aspects that, now more than ever, make the difference.

Over time, my work naturally evolved toward advertising photography, product videos, and corporate films.

Having worked in the advertising field for about ten years, I have specialized in the Food & Beverage sector, providing high-quality services at competitive prices. This has allowed me to build a prestigious portfolio of national and international clients and to portray renowned Michelin-starred chefs such as Masa, Michael White, Gianfranco Vissani, Ciro Scamardella, and many others.

Among the clients I’ve had the honor to collaborate with are Urbani Tartufi Italy and USA, Goethe-Institut, Melegatti, Cantine Due Palme, Farina Vini, Coop, and many more.

My studio is located in the Pistoiese Apennines, in the province of Pistoia — a strategic area that allows easy access to Florence, Rome, Bologna, and Milan. Nonetheless, my work often takes me around the world, with clients in Italy, Germany, the United States, and Mexico.

I currently work as a freelance professional with several marketing, social media, and advertising agencies, while also developing joint ventures with experts in 3D, motion graphics, and visual design.
